If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange, please contact us within 30 days from the date the item was delivered and we'll be happy to assist you. The process to exchange a product would basically be for you to return your original purchase for a refund and for you to place another order for the item you would like to exchange to.
To initiate an exchange, please do the following:
- Email us at email@example.com or call us at +1 (866) 468-1198, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm PST.
- Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our support team.
- Ship the product back to us in it's original condition along with all included accessories.
- Please make sure the RMA number is clearly labeled on the outer shipping box. The address to ship the product will be instructed by our support team.
- Once the item(s) have been received, you'll receive a refund minus the initial shipping charges.
- Please an order for the item which you would like to exchange to.
Please note that AZIO cannot be held liable for the loss of products being returned. We recommend using a reliable courier and keeping record of the tracking details.
