What's the return/warranty policy?

If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for a full refund (not including the original shipping fee). The product must be in new/unused condition with the original packaging intact. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements.

*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error. All VAT/Import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver and are non-refundable.

**Please note, all customers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return a product for refund, exchange, or warranty claim. 

Warranty Policy

We offer a 2 year limited warranty for all mechanical keyboards and 1 year for all other product. Our warranty will cover any manufacturing or workmanship defects but does not cover damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse or modification of the product.

We cannot guarantee that the exact style or product for claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed. In this case, we will offer a store credit rather than a replacement. The store credit does not expire and will be valid for any product found at www.aziocorp.com.

All warranty claims for items that were not purchased directly from www.aziocorp.com must include a proof of purchase from an authorized reseller. Any item purchased from an unauthorized reseller will not be valid for returns or warranty claims.

Azio will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any Azio products. Our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property.

Azio allows one (1) warranty claim per purchased product if said product is within our warranty period.
