Update Summary /
Fixing the missing keystroke issue of Cascade and Cascade Slim Keyboard.
Symptom /
Customers had reported that the 2nd character sometimes would not register when typing the same character quickly and consecutively. Such as, the 2nd "o" will not appear when the user typed "coo," but only "co" would appear as the result.
Fix /
The time delay relay setting of the keyboard (mainly with the mechanical switches) had been modified to be able to adapt for fast typing or when the same keystroke has been typed quickly and consecutively.

For Mac OS
At this time, our firmware updates are only available for PC systems as our developer can only create update patch apps that are PC-compatible. We are currently in the progress to find a solution to make Mac-compatible executable files.
If you would like to patch up promptly, here are some alternative methods we recommend:
B / Download Wine (free software) to run the exe patch file on your Mac device. We were able to test and download our patch with success. It’s compatible for any Mac device pre-OS 12 Monterey version (any version that supports 32-bit programs).
